If you need any further proof that the left-wing of the American population has shot past the goal post, look no further than CNN host Don Lemon.
Lemon has become one of the most visible mouthpieces for progressive politics — particularly in the Trump era. He has also been instrumental in mainstreaming the more radical left’s “identity politics.” When Empire actor Jussie Smollett falsely claimed he was attacked by white nationalists at 2am during a polar vortex in Chicago, Lemon was immediately on his side — and continued to defend him when it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the entire story was made up.
But, believe it or not, there was a time when Don Lemon actually said some things that made sense. Of course, this means that if the CNN host was caught saying these very same things today, Antifa and certain segments of the Black Lives Matter movement would probably set his house on fire with him still inside of it.
In the clip below, we Lemon addressing America’s black community directly, offering advice on how to overcome the struggles it faces. Among these talking points are calls for black Americans to “pull their pants up” and refrain from using the “n-word” to refer to one another. He makes another point about littering, noting that, in his experience, white people don’t litter as often.

Here’s the crazy thing: this is pretty solid advice for anyone to follow. Don’t trash your own neighborhood. Treat yourself and others around you with respect. Don’t allow yourself to fall into self-pity and victimhood. This isn’t a lot to ask, is it?
This doesn’t matter anymore. Progressive Americans — including old school, classical liberals — are now operating at the whim of their most extreme peers.
So, we hate to say “we told you so” liberals — because we warned you that this would happen. When you let the most offended among you have all the power, this is what happens.
It would be a real shame for Don Lemon to get cancelled, wouldn’t it? You better not share this video on every single one of your social media profiles. That would just be awful…
